3. Is there any minimum order requirement for wholesale?
Yes. In order to enjoy our surprisingly low wholesale prices, we have the following terms and conditions:
- The minimum for a wholesale order is $500, before the exclusive wholesale discount code is applied.
- A minimum is required for each style of products you choose
- We accept customized designs and specifications to manufacture jewelry for you
- The production time for custom-made jewelry may take around 30 - 60 business days
4. Do you accept returns for custom-made jewerly order?
Our high-quality and custom-made jewerly are made according to your designs and specifications. Therefore the sales dor custom-made orders are final. We accept exchanges if the said merchandise has manufacturing defects, if they are of unsatisfactory quality or if they are erroneously sent to a customer. Please allow 6-8 weeks after we receive your request for the replacements to ship.

5. Can I use your images and descriptions when I sell your products on my website?
Yes, you can use our images and descriptions with our WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION. In order to use any information or image from our site, we MUST know which images and information first. We then send you our WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION to allow you to post them on your site.
