The S beauty LLC attempts to process all orders in a timely manner. Generally, all orders received are processed within 1-2 business days. However, during busy seasons, like the holidays, it may take a little bit longer.
The merchandise you order are shipped to you directly from our Chinese factory via China Post Register Mail or EMS (Wordwide Express Mail Service). You can aslo choose USPS, UPS and FedEx as carriers when you check out.

1. What can you do if I am not happy with the item I receive?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we unconditionally guarantee to either exchange your purchase or provide you with a refund (excluding shipping charges). Simply return it to us within 60 days of receipt of the merchandise, no questions asked! (we are not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear).
2. How do I return an item?
To return an item for an exchange or refund, please mail your merchandise along with your original Packing List and a note stating the corrections (for example, correct ring size or birthstones) to:

3. How long will it take to receive my refund?
