Payment

1. How can I pay for the merchadise?
We accept Money Order, Cashier Check, Certified Check and Western Union money transfer. We also accept PayPal payment (you can still use PayPal even you don't have a PayPal account) and Google Checkout.

Sorry, we don't accept Cash, Personal Check or Company Check.



2. Do you accept credit card payment?
You can use major credit cards, such as Master card, Visa, American Express, Discovery card, and etc, to finish online payment via PayPal and Google Checkout.

1. How the merchandise is shipped?
The S beauty LLC attempts to process all orders in a timely manner. Generally, all orders received are processed within 1-2 business days. However, during busy seasons, like the holidays, it may take a little bit longer.

The merchandise you order are shipped to you via USPS First Class or USPS Prority Service. You can aslo choose UPS and FedEx as carriers when you check out.


2. How much is charged for shipping?
The shipping charge varies according to the total value of the merchandise you order. We use USPS First Class or USPS Prority Service as our carriers. You can aslo choose UPS or USPS Express as carriers when you check out.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What can you do if I am not happy with the item I receive?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we unconditionally guarantee to either exchange your purchase or provide you with a refund (excluding shipping charges). Simply return it to us within 45 days of receipt of the merchandise, no questions asked! (we are not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear).

2. How do I return an item?
To return an item for an exchange or refund, please mail your merchandise along with your original Packing List and a note stating the corrections (for example, correct ring size or birthstones) to:

* Shipping charges will not be refunded and the return shipping is the customer's responsibility
* We are not responsible for returning package that are lost or damaged during shipping.
* We recommend insuring the package before sending for your personal tracking purposes.

3. How long will it take to receive my refund?
You will be refunded your purchase total minus any shipping charges. If you paid by PayPal, the credit will appear immediately when we receive the returned merchandise. If you paid by Money Order, Cashier Check, Certified Check or Western Union money transfer, you should receive a check within 30 days of the credit being issued.

4. How long will it take to receive my exchange?
Please allow 3-4 weeks after we receive your request for the replacement product to ship.

5. Why was my order cancelled?
The S beauty LLC reserves the right to cancel any order due to, but not limited to, stock issues, site related malfunctions, improperly stated pricing, coupon code or discounts, and failed credit authorizations.
